Here are the answers to some of the questions that we are often asked. Some of the details apply to UK buyers only.

Q: What is your returns procedure?

1. Please contact us for an RMA number. The request must be made in the first seven days after an item has been received. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
2. Items should be returned to Returns Department, Vanguard Handhelds, 54 Chasefield Road, London SW17 8LN. Pease write the RMA number on the parcel. All returns must be made within seven days, after the RMA number has been issued. We are not liable for any items that are lost or damaged in the post.
3. Once we have received the item, an eBay cancellation agreement will be issued. No refund will be given until the cancellation agreement is signed off. If the agreement is refused, then any eBay fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.
4. Please quote the RMA number in all correspondence.
